-
submission of the registration form, and
-
receipt of the deposit or full payment to the payment account or link indicated by the Organizer. (No payment provider is specified here; the Organizer may use payment platforms such as Stripe or other services.)
-
-
Places are allocated in the order of payments received due to limited capacity. Registration alone does notguarantee a place.

Payment confirmation: a valid receipt or confirmation from the payment platform is accepted as proof of payment. The Organizer may send a separate confirmation email but does not guarantee that a separate confirmation message will always be issued. Participants should retain their payment receipt as proof of booking.

Any remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid by the date specified by the Organizer.
§3a. Deposit (for long workshops and summer trainings)
-
For summer workshops or trainings longer than 4 days, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure participation.

The amount and payment deadline for the deposit are specified at registration.
-
The deposit guarantees the participant’s place and covers organisational costs (venue reservation, materials, and preparation).
-
The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid no later than 5 days before the workshop begins.
-
If the participant cancels within 5 days before the start date, the entire workshop fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
-
The Organizer may, at their discretion, transfer the participant’s booking to another workshop or accept a replacement participant if notified in advance and if space allows.
§4. Participant Cancellation (short workshops, up to 4 days)
For short workshops, open classes, and online sessions (up to 4 days in duration), the following refund policy applies:

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the Classes in cases including—but not limited to—insufficient enrolment, illness, venue unavailability, or other circumstances beyond control (force majeure).
-
In the event of cancellation by the Organizer (excluding force majeure), participants will receive a full refund of all payments made to the Organizer, minus any card-processing fees charged by payment platforms.
-
The Organizer is not responsible for secondary costs (travel, accommodation, etc.) unless these were explicitly arranged and paid for through the Organizer.

-
Future communications: With registration, participants consent to be contacted with essential information about the booked Classes. Unless the participant explicitly opts out during registration, the Organizer may also use contact details to inform participants of future workshops or related opportunities. Participants can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
